Your steam mop utilises the power of steam to clean floors and carpets. 

When using the steam mop regularly for extended periods of time, gradually a build-up of limescale and other mineral deposits will occur. These minerals are found in nearly all kinds of water, but in a traditional steam mops, as the water is heated and converted to steam those minerals can be left behind and form scale of deposits in the tank.

This Anti-Scale Cartridge filters out 99% of scale from tap water. If your mop begins to produce steam more slowly than usual or stops producing steam you may be time to change the Anti-Scale Cartridge.

The frequency of limescale removal depends upon the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the steam mop. If you live in a hard water area to stop your steam mop from scaling up, this anti-scale cartridge is a must.

Remove limescale from your cleaner's internal components to keep them functioning at their full capacity.
